Juve (plural Juves) was Mega-City slang for "juvenile" and were Mega-citizens under the age of eighteen. In an atmosphere of constant boredom, overcrowding and unemployment, juves often turned to gangs, brawling and vandalism. Juve gangs are typically territorial and turn readily to block wars[1] .
