Lieutenant Peter Silk is a member of the British Resistance who observes Bill Savage wipe out a Volgan tank crew in a South London pub[1]. He tracks Savage to a transport cafe off of the A11 and recruits him to the Resistance[2].
He is Savage's number two in the Mad Dogs resistance group[3].
Silk is a trained frogman and sole survivor of the Royal Navy underwater team which attacks the Volga[4].
When Savage leaves the British resistance H.Q., Silk joins him[5].
Silk is killed by Sergeant Georgi when he disovers that Georgi is a Volgan agent[6]
