This prog continued the ongoing stories of Dan Dare, Flesh, Harlem Heroes and Invasion. M.A.C.H.1 and Judge Dredd both had single-episode stories. Dredd's included his first journey outside the city into the Cursed Earth, although it wouldn't be named as such until much later.
The cover was from the Dan Dare story, and is believed to be by Carlos Ezquerra, although it may be Mike Dorey. There was also a back-cover Futuregraph - a 'future advert' for Flesh products.
