Ratter 17 was a sanitation robot who worked with robo-dogs to clear the sewers of vermin. who was underground at the time that Call Me Kenneth began The Robot Wars, though joined the revolution soon after emerging on the surface[1]. Ratter 17's robo-dogs attacked and were killed by Judge Joe Dredd, who was on his way to the Cybo Comp factory.
