St Stephen's Green was in the centre of Murphyville. It was once a beautiful park full of tall trees and spacious lawns. By 2113 urban development had reduced this to fifteen blades of grass and a shrub named Kevin. By the end of Bloody Monday Morn Judge Dredd had run over these remnants on the way to the North Sector Spudatorium, two minutes away[1].
