Stonefish was an assassin who tried to kill Judge Fintan Joyce in 2137. In the same year, he had been identified as the killer of at least a dozen people, commanding fees of at least 10 million[1]. At the time of his capture by Joyce, he was number eight on the most-wanted list[2].
He wore an armoured suit which was capable of electrocuting those who attempted to detain him[1].
He had a number of memory blocks and modifications to his mind to prevent confound psychic interrogations[1].
