Synopsis[]
Mega-City One is being terrorised by a serial murderer known as The Floral Wreath Killer. Judge Dredd uses M.A.C. to search for a pattern. The computer reports that all the victims have been collected by the same ambulance. Dredd locates the ambulance and apprehends the crew as they are about to commit another murder[2].
